Emergency24 Dealer App for iPhone/Android

Emergency24 alarm dealers can access their subscribers’ accounts, view recent history, place entire accounts or specific conditions on test and find nearby subscribers using the phones GPS, which will then provide driving directions to the property. With the ability to passcode protect the EM24 Dealer app, you will always have safe, secure access to your subscribers data.

Online Bills & Payments

Alarm Dealers can now receive digital billing statements by email and pay bills online. Both of these functions can be set up on the Dealer Secure website.

To use these functions, log-on to the Dealer Secure website and put your mouse over the Admin tab that will load a drop-down menu.

Click on the second item from the top called Billing & Payments. To receive digital billing statements, click Invoice by Email. This will take you to a page to list the email at which the billing statements should be sent.

To pay your bill, Click Online Payment. This allows you to input your credit card information for payment and storage for future transactions.

Personalized Service to Increase Your Brand

As a third-party provider of alarm monitoring service to our customers’ subscribers, Emergency24 understands that it is your brand we represent every time we answer the phone.

As such, we offer the option of answering each call from your subscribers using your company name, instead of Emergency24. This allows for a seamless transition from sales, to installation and ultimately monitoring with no confusion to your subscribers.
